Iris grew up in Taipei, Taiwan and is very excited to return to her city of birth, New York City. At Northwestern University, Iris studied International Studies and Dance and developed her passion for human rights. Her work as a Refugee Youth Intern and Immigrant & Citizenship Assistant at World Relief Chicago gave her hands-on experience fighting for immigrant rights. She worked on various immigration applications, including VAWA, U-Visa, DACA, and Adjustment of Status and Naturalization. Iris works at the Queens Public Library, a new IJC host organization.
