Hanne first worked with immigrant populations as a resettlement intern at World Relief. In law school, she was part of the Crimmigration Clinic and the Immigration and Refugee Clinic, placed both at Greater Boston Legal Services and RAICES in San Antonio. She was also involved with Harvard Immigration Project as the co-Director of the Removal Defense Program as a 2L and the co-President as a 3L. Additionally, she interned at Northwest Immigrant Rights Project and at the Advocates for Human Rights Refugee and Immigrant Program. Hanne is placed at American Friends Service Committee in Newark, defending mainly detained immigrants.
