Anjuli knew when she started law school that she wanted to be an immigration attorney. During her 1L summer, she worked as a law clerk for a solo immigration attorney. Anjuli was also privileged to work as an extern for Kentucky Refugee Ministries, a local nonprofit that offers legal services to refugees and other indigent immigrants. During her time as an extern, she gained extensive experience in asylum law as well as other areas of humanitarian and family immigration law. Most recently, Anjuli worked for Church Law, PLLC, a local immigration firm where she gained experience in employment immigration law. She is beyond thrilled to serve as a Justice Fellow with the Catholic Charities of Owensboro where she will be providing legal representation to unaccompanied children in Kentucky.
