Emily is passionate about providing legal representation to immigrants and advocating for their rights. She is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law. During her time there, she interned with the Honorable Embry Kidd, Magistrate Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She also served at the UF Law Immigration Clinic as a clinician and research assistant, providing representation to clients on a variety of matters, including asylum and naturalization, utilizing a client-centered approach. Emily is excited to join Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) as a justice fellow, representing unaccompanied children.
