Todd is a first generation Filipino-American that worked extensively with immigrant communities during his time at his law school’s immigration clinic. His work focused on Asylum, Employment Authorization, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, U-Visa Certifications, and Voluntary Departure. He sees joining IJC as a continuation of his advocacy and an alignment of work with his personal values. Additionally, Todd has served in the Washington Army National Guard for the past four years and continues to serve part-time as a multifunctional logistics officer. Todd will continue his advocacy through representation of unaccompanied children at the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project in Wenatchee, Washington.
