Victoria’s journey towards immigration law began with a passion for studying Spanish. This passion highlighted the intersectionality between language, culture, and legal advocacy, where Victoria recognized a need for quality legal representation for immigrants. Victoria’s background in immigration law includes substantive immigration law coursework and experience as a legal extern at her law school’s immigration clinic. Her previous summer roles at a criminal defense nonprofit and as an ESL teacher in Ecuador strengthened her passion for serving people of various life backgrounds. Victoria will work with Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma, focusing on the legal representation of unaccompanied minors.
