Laura joined IJC in August of 2019 as Data and Impact Analytics Manager. She is a Monitoring and Evaluation specialist with a focus on data analytics. Prior to IJC, Laura was a consultant with United Way of Monterey County where she worked with the Strategy and Impact team. She has also developed curriculum for data analytics, organizational capacity building strategies, and survey design methodology. Laura has additional experience teaching English as a Second Language and supply chain coordination.
She graduated with an M.A. in International Policy and Development from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies where she studied French and Program Evaluation.
