Kavon Lee (he/him) is a highly regarded Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) expert from the South Bronx, with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Throughout his career, Kavon has advised C-Suite Executives, Elected Officials, and Public Figures on policies & legislation, social impact initiatives, and corporate governance strategies that have helped transform communities nationwide.
Founder of The DEI Plug, Kavon is committed to amplifying the voices of the “underdog”, Kavon helps reshape what leadership looks like by empowering folk to see beyond ceilings.
Kavon has a B.A in Political Science with a legal focus from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Kavon has also obtained his Diversity, Equity & Inclusion certification from Northwestern University, and his Associate Human Resource certificate from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
