Becca joined IJC in October 2022 as Senior Recruitment Manager. Previously, she worked for five years in undergraduate college admission recruitment, becoming an expert relationship-builder that helped prospective students access higher education. Becca is passionate about using data to inform recruitment strategies. She has also worked with nonprofits to build their capacity for social change by improving internal processes and conducting program evaluations.
She holds a M.S. in Ed. from University of Miami in Community and Social Change and most recently graduated from Stony Brook University with an M.A. in Political Psychology. Her thesis examined public opinion attitudes towards immigration in the United States. She is passionate about social justice and utilizing a strengths-based approach to create systemic change.
