Cesar is a Pennsylvania native who graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with his Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice. He is excited to begin his career with Immigrant Justice Corps as their goals align with his in being able to help immigrants because everyone deserves equal and quality representation. Cesar will provide immigration services to community members across NYC as well as educate and guide immigrant communities in immigration matters in English and in Spanish.
