A graduate of Duke University and Notre Dame Law School, Davis was inspired to work at IJC from his experience working with his students as a high school Spanish teacher in Charlotte, NC, through Teach for America. During law school, Davis interned at MALDEF and Equip for Equality in the summers and externed at the National Immigrant Justice Center. Davis is excited to return full circle to Charlotte to work on youth asylum and SIJS cases with Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy and to continue to advocate for his former students.
