Hector Barboza is a receptionist at IJC. He was born and raised in Queens , New York. As a student he has had the opportunity to pursue and graduate with a B.S. in Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. In the professional realm, Hector has experience working with the fashion industry from working closely with the VP of The Kasper Group to being an operations coordinator at Mikimoto. As an operations coordinator, Hector handled high-value items that demanded the utmost care and precision. Additionally, he provided exceptional customer service to clients.
Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, swimming has been a constant source of joy and personal growth. At the age of 12 Hector has been swimming competitively until the age of 17. He now still keeps swimming recreationally to maintain a healthy lifestyle
