Prior to joining IJC as a Community Fellow, Jennalei directly served victims and survivors of human trafficking, many of which are immigrants. Jennalei has also worked extensively on mental health advocacy, and she’s passionate about amplifying the voices of underserved communities. She is committed to cultivating a more equitable and just society while maintaining her cultural roots. Jennalei is placed at Chinese-American Planning Council, which serves the needs of Chinese immigrants and working-class people in NYC.
