Myranda’s first introduction to immigration came from a summer internship with BakerRipley in Houston, Texas with their immigration department. She was able to help and learn from the amazing attorneys about different forms of immigration relief. After this, Myranda knew she wanted to become an immigration attorney, so she made the decision to attend law school and applied to Thurgood Marshall School of Law. After three hard years, she graduated in May 2024 and will take the Bar Exam in July 2024. After taking the Bar, she will be working at South Texas Pro Bono Asylum Representation Project in Houston, Texas.
