Prior to law school, Phoebe worked as a baker and as a case manager at a residential program for young parents. With a firm belief that migration should be wholly accessible, safe, and encouraged, Phoebe enrolled at Northeastern University School of Law and shifted her focus to immigrant advocacy. She was a member of Northeastern’s Immigrant Justice Clinic, and she conducted intern- and externships with the Central West Justice Center, American Gateways, ProBAR, and Tahirih Justice Center. As an IJC fellow, Phoebe will provide direct representation for unaccompanied children through the International Rescue Committee of Baltimore, Maryland.
