Rosetta Williams

Operations Director

Rosetta Williams joined IJC in February 2019 as Operations Director. She is an HR Professional with over 20 years of experience. Rosetta’s most recent role was as Sr. Director, Employee Benefits at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Rosetta previously worked as the Civil Practice Administrator for the Legal Aid Society in which she supported the Attorney-in-Charge in both the strategic and day-to-day management of the Division. Rosetta’s HR experience includes areas such as employee relations, recruiting, HRIS system, operations management, team leadership & development, organizational development, payroll processes, union negotiation, workforce planning, change management and career development, performance management systems and policy & design administration.

Rosetta earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Audrey Cohen College in NY. Rosetta has also earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources certificate and most recently SHRM – SCP.
