Prior to law school, Tiana worked as a Family Reunification Coordinator for immigrant survivors of human trafficking. While she initially entered the immigration field as an aspiring social worker, she was deeply inspired by the immigration attorneys around her who modeled trauma-informed lawyering and motivated her to pursue a career in immigration law. Since then, Tiana has continued to represent immigrant clients at Los Angeles Center for Law and Justice and Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking. Tiana is thrilled to be joining UCLA Law’s Immigrant Family Legal Clinic as a staff attorney.
