Tosca views migration as a human right and a form of reparations. She was a member of Cardozo’s Immigration Justice Clinic in law school. As a clinical student, she worked on a variety of removal cases and advocated for an end to ICE incarceration and e-carceration. She also interned at the Brooklyn Defender Services, where she worked on asylum and DACA cases. As an IJC Fellow with African Communities Together, Tosca will advocate on behalf of African immigrants who are navigating the American immigration system.
