In undergrad and in law school, Varshaa has explored humanitarian immigration and criminal immigration issues and has worked with clients seeking asylum, SIJS, and U visa through internships and clinics. In a world where people can feel so isolated especially after the pandemic, immigration law has shown Varshaa how important it is to connect to people and communities. Every time she talks to a client about their story, it inspires Varshaa to be the best immigration lawyer she can be. Varshaa will be working with immigrants and improve her skills as an immigration lawyer at Social Justice Collaborative in Berkeley.
