It is the mission of Brooklyn Public Library (BPL) to provide the people of Brooklyn with free and open access to information for education, recreation and reference. IJC at BPL supports the immigrant community of Brooklyn by offering low-cost and free services, including immigration consultations, legal assistance, and information sessions.
