By providing your mobile number to IJC, you consent to receive SMS communications from our team. You may opt out at any time by replying βSTOPβ to any message. If you opt out, we may contact you by other means, such as phone or email.

- Message frequency varies based on your case activity and needs.
- IJC does not charge for SMS messages; however, message and data rates may apply according to your mobile provider.
4. Data Privacy and Security
We take reasonable steps to safeguard your personal information transmitted via SMS, including:
- Using company-issued, secure devices for text communications
- Prohibiting the inclusion of sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security Numbers, medical diagnoses, financial details) in text messages
- Training case representatives on privacy protocols and client confidentiality
5. Information We Do Not Share via SMS
To protect your privacy, we will not send the following via text:
- Sensitive personal or medical information
- Case decisions or determinations
- Documents or attachments
If such information must be shared, we will contact you via a secure, alternative method.
6. Data Retention
SMS communications may be stored in our case management system for documentation and compliance purposes. These records are accessible only to authorized personnel and retained in accordance with our data retention policy.
7. Third-Party Disclosure
