Emma Morgenstern

After obtaining her MSc in Human Rights from London School of Economics, Emma worked as an immigration paralegal. Seeing the impact of representation for individuals navigating these complex systems, she went to law school to begin a career as an immigration attorney. While at Penn Law, she worked with the International Refugee Assistance Project and as a law student representative with the Transnational Legal Clinic. She also spent a summer with the Immigrant Legal Advocacy Project in Portland, Maine. As an IJC fellow, Emma will be working within communities on a variety of migration issues with Volunteers of Legal Service (VOLS) in New York.
