After graduating from Yale University, Daad joined the Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs to explore multi-sectorial social change. At Coro, Daad worked at the Allegheny Conference on Community Development where she researched income disparities across racial lines in Pittsburgh. Additionally, as a member of All for All, an immigrant inclusion initiative, she coordinated a food entrepreneur project aimed at better understanding the landscape of immigrant-owned food businesses in Pittsburgh. A native Arabic speaker, Daad is a Community Fellow at the Arab American Association of New York.
