With legal experience ranging from immigration advocacy to whistleblower protection, Jaclynette’s journey is underscored by a commitment to service and equity. As a student attorney, she delved into complex cases, demonstrating a passion for defending vulnerable communities. Her involvement in various leadership roles within student associations showcases her dedication to fostering inclusive spaces. Inspired by her background and the systemic barriers faced by marginalized groups, Jaclynette was driven to pursue the immigrant justice fellowship, fueled by a desire to effect tangible change in the lives of immigrants and their families. Jaclynette’s host organization is Commonwealth catholic charities where she will provide affordable, ethical consultations in a variety of immigration cases.
