Mariah is passionate about working with nonprofits providing services to immigrants due to her family’s own immigration experience. Prior to school Mariah worked with an immigration nonprofit which inspired her journey to law school. Throughout law school, she interned at Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network (RMIAN) working on a variety of cases including SIJ and U-visas, Catholic Charities of Central Colorado on asylum cases, and Civil Rights Education and Enforcement Center (CREEC) on immigrant advocacy projects. Mariah will be working with Mid-South Immigration Advocates (MIA) in their Children’s program representing children in Tennessee.
