Philip Issa will be representing detained non-citizens as a Justice Fellow at the Legal Aid Service of Broward County. Philip is dedicated to the cause of universal representation in the immigration system. He previously clerked at the Immigrants’ Rights Center at the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) in Los Angeles.
