Yonique comes to immigration law fueled by her own experiences as an immigrant from Jamaica. Prior to law school, Yonique worked as Income Maintenance Case Worker with the Department of Human Services. During law school, she served as a student attorney in the Federal Litigations and Appeals Clinic and interned at HIAS PA, Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia and the Homeless Advocacy Project. Yonique will be joining Nationalties Services Center in Philadelphia, Pennslyvannia where she will serve clients on a wide range of cases.Yonique is also a housing organizer with a grassroot community organization seeking to empower community members to fight for housing justice.
