Before law school, Allison was an IJC Community Fellow where she had the immense privilege of working alongside clients at the Arab American Association of New York (AAANY), the Karnes Pro Bono Project, and the Adults with Children Project. At NYU, she served as a Student Advocate in the Immigrant Rights Clinic, focusing on the rights of individuals at the intersection of the immigration and criminal justice systems, in addition to interning with UNHCR, Safe Passage Project, and Brooklyn Defender Services. At the Bronx Defenders, Allison will be part of a holistic team of advocates and will provide representation in detained and non-detained proceedings.
