While at the Sturm College of Law, Jennifer was engaged in a variety of learning experiences that informed her desire to pursue immigration law. Most impactful was her time in the Immigration Law and Policy Clinic, where she participated in direct representation of indigent clients in removal and asylum proceedings as well as community and policy-based projects. As an IJC Fellow, Jennifer is excited to work with New Mexico Immigrant Law Center in the Unaccompanied Children’s Program, where she will be working with immigrant youth.
