Rebecca is passionate about advocating for immigrants’ rights. In law school, she represented unaccompanied minors before USCIS with Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project and detained asylum seekers in immigration court with the USC Immigration Clinic. She also interned at Women’s Link Worldwide in Bogotá, Colombia, where she assisted the legal team in a project on women migrants in Latin America. Through Immigrant Justice Corps, she will continue representing asylum seekers and refugees at Human Rights First, where she will form part of the organization’s Refugee Representation team in New York City.
